A computer error is why Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital staff accidentally discharged a patient diagnosed with Ebola, reports CBS News.

Hospital officials claim that the way the electronic records interacted between the nurse who questioned the patient and the physician who treated him created the miscommunication that allowed the patient to leave the hospital.
