ImageWorks offers mobile CT scanner

ImageWorks has released NewTom VGi Flex Cone Beam CT scanner as a mobile offering.

The system is available as a 3D mobile imaging center outfitted with a NewTom VGi Flex Cone Beam CT imaging system. The product, which uses the Mercedes Sprinter Van, is available in a number of different configurations utilizing the NewTom Flex Mark IV imaging technology.

NewTom VGi offers Cone Beam 3D that captures high resolution images and provides large volume functionality, according to the Elmsford, N.Y.-based supplier of diagnostic imaging devices.
