Five talking points from the Supreme Court’s King v. Burwell hearing

After the Supreme Court heard oral arguments in the King v. Burwell case on March 4, the Washington Post reports the vote will be close.

The plaintiff is challenging the federal government’s offering of subsidies to millions of people to help them offset the costs of purchasing coverage on the health insurance exchanges. The ruling isn’t expected until late June.
