Wolters Kluwer Health nets California customer

Sonoma Valley Hospital, a nonprofit district hospital in Sonoma, Calif, has selected Wolters Kluwer Health’s ProVation Order Sets as its electronic order set.

ProVation Order Sets will enable customized order set authoring and management for Sonoma Valley Hospital, and will enable order sets to be integrated into clinical processes to streamline and standardize care for increased patient safety, outcomes, clinician performance and regulatory compliance, Minneapolis-based Wolters Kluwer stated.

In addition to integrated links to UpToDate Decision Support and other sources of medical evidence, ProVation Order Sets offers the link to additional clinical resources based upon client needs and preferences, the company added.
