Philips releases first mobile 3T MRI
Royal Philips Electronics has introduced the Achieva 3T TX Mobile MRI, the first mobile 3T MRI system implemented with MultiTransmit technology.
The system is built with the same imaging technology as the stationary Philips 3T TX system and contains the same amenities and staff as an in-house MRI suite, while contained in a 48-foot trailer, the company said.
