Partners In Care finds new partner

Partners In Care (PIC), a physician organization providing accountable care, has signed Singletrack Analytics to provide PIC with analytical and data aggregation support.

The agreement will allow Partners In Care to accommodate growth in its care coordination services through SingleTrack's clinical analytics capabilities, the East Brunswick, N.J.-based physician organization stated.

Singletrack will ensure that PIC's computer systems are identifying the patients that may need assistance in following through with prescribed care to achieve expected results, the Marlton, N.J., health informatics provider added.
