Hyland acquires CSC

Enterprise content management (ECM) vendor Hyland Software has purchased privately held Computer Systems Company (CSC), a developer of business and clinical healthcare software and document conversion services. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The CSC offerings include revenue cycle management, an ultrasound reporting and imaging product, as well as data and document conversion services. Both Hyland Software and CSC are based near Cleveland.

Hyland Software is developer of the OnBase suite of document and process management solutions. OnBase is available on-premises or as a cloud service (software as a service).
