HIMSS: Sandlot unveils SandlotQRM

ORLANDO, Fla.--Health IT company Sandlot debuted SandlotQRM, its quality reporting and measures application, at the HIMSS11 conference.

Using SandlotQRM, physicians can track patients falling outside care guidelines and retrospectively monitor performance through the lens of EHR meaningful use and other measures, according to the Fort Worth, Texas company. While integrated through the company’s health information exchange (HIE) tool, Sandlot Connect, the new application also can push out care recommendations based on the patient’s EHR at the point of care

SandlotQRM can also integrate with other sources of patient clinical information, including claims systems or EMRs. Sandlot’s quality module can assist physicians with benchmarking, the company added.
