HIMSS: Covisint, HealthShare Montana partner on HIE

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Covisint, a Compuware company, has announced a partnership with HealthShare Montana, a nonprofit statewide initiative focused on the exchange of healthcare information during HIMSS11. The partnership offers Montana health providers access to patients' medical and administrative information at the point of care, Covisint stated.

Covisint's DocSite will help create a shared guideline dictionary for HealthShare Montana, enabling access to clinical information across various EMRs/EHRs although the tool can also be used by community care teams and by physician practices without an EHR.
