GE ups Centricity Practice Solution 10

GE Healthcare has kick-started Centricity Practice Solution 10, its integrated EMR and practice management (PM) system for physician practices.

Version 10 includes embedded reports that providers can use to track their progress toward achieving federal benchmarks for meaningful use incentive payments, GE stated. The updated version has already attained 2011/2012 meaningful use Stage I certification as a complete EHR from the Certification Commission for Health IT, GE, of Barrington, Ill., stated.

Automating workflows into its user interface, Centricity Practice Solution 10 helps scheduling and claims filing and billing while enabling staff to monitor progress in real time, the company added.
