eClinicalWorks selected as Calif. REC EHR partner

California Health Information Partnership and Services Organizations (CalHIPSO), a federally designated regional extension center (REC) in California, has selected eClinicalWorks as a first-round EHR Partner for its primary care providers.

CalHIPSO provides REC services to all of California except Los Angeles and Orange County. As a partner, eClinicalWorks will provide implementation services to help California providers get to meaningful use, according to eClinicalWorks, of Westborough, Mass.
