CSC adds ICD-10 end-to-end testing to product line

CSC added end-to-end testing to its suite of implementation services for healthcare organizations working to comply with ICD-10.

The CSC suite of ICD-10 implementation tools spans the lifecycle of business process and technical activities, including strategy development, assessment and planning, the Falls Church, Va.-based CSC stated.

The end-to-end ICD-10 suite concentrates on the testing phase of ICD-10 implementation. As part of the testing solution, using a test strategy/planning and test execution framework, CSC has defined a series of processes to address both internal testing of systems and processes as well as external testing of an organization’s ICD-10 interfaces with trading partners, the company stated in a release.

CSC’s testing tool enables organizations to validate their business process scenarios, business rules, configurations and technology before meeting compliance requirements, the company added.
