The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services made changes to outpatient rates and ambulatory surgical center payments for 2015, Healthcare Finance reports.
CMS increased the hospital outpatient conversion factor from $74.144 to $74.173 and reduced the ambulatory surgical center conversion factor from $44.071 to $44.058.
