CMS ‘Road to 10’ guides small practice ICD-10 implementation

With the Oct. 1 ICD-10 compliance deadline fast approaching, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) released its “Road to 10” online resource to help providers in small practices jumpstart their ICD-10 transition.

The free tool includes specialty references and gives providers the capability to build ICD-10 action plans tailored for their practice needs, according to CMS. The website also includes access to webinars, presentations and videos of physician champions—all to inform small practice providers with tips on how to achieve compliance.

The tool is accessible here.
