Uber hires two more healthcare leaders

Ride-sharing company Uber has hired two more leaders from the healthcare industry as the company continues to make a push in the space, CNBC reported.

The company has hired Aaron Crowell, a health consultant, to lead its health business, as well as Dan Trigub, a regional vice president of healthcare. Uber snatched Trigub from rival ride-sharing operator, Lyft, which is similarly pursuing healthcare opportunities and making new hires in the field.

Uber, which began experimenting with delivering flu vaccines to office buildings, is now venturing into becoming a medical transportation service for non-emergencies.
