Reliq, formerly Moseda, appoints new member to board

Reliq Health Technologies, a telemedicine solutions company based in Vancouver, has appointed a new member to its board of directors.

Brian Storseth, a former member of the parliament of Canada, joins Reliq’s board effective immediately, the company said in a statement.

"I admire how far Reliq has come in a very short period of time and am impressed with the traction the team has achieved with their technology in the United States,” Storseth said. “I look forward to working with them to introduce the technology to various Provinces, health authorities and other potential users.”

Reliq has been undergoing several changes since a new management took control in 2014. It was formerly known as Moseda Technologies but the new management changed the name in May to better reflect the company’s transition from secure mobile data to its community care market.
