CMS adds quality data to consumer sites

 

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services has released additional quality data to give patients and their families more information to inform their selection of a provider, according to an agency blog.

The new data on quality of care provided by physician group practices, accountable care organizations and hospitals are available on Physician Compare, Hospital Compare and Data.Medicare.Gov.
