GHX Expands Executive Leadership Team to Support Growth in Healthcare Supply Chain, Data and Services Markets
LOUISVILLE, Colo. – October 16, 2018 – Global Healthcare Exchange, LLC(GHX), a healthcare business and data automation company, has added two senior executives to support and amplify the company’s growth plans. New executives include Bob McCarthy, senior vice president of Strategy and Corporate Development and Laura Dunbar, senior vice president of Global Marketing.
McCarthy joins GHX with more than 20 years of experience leading corporate development and strategy teams. Most recently, he worked for Level 3 Communications leading the company’s Corporate Development group in Broomfield, Colo. Prior to that he led other corporate development functions and held administrative leadership roles for companies such as BellSouth and Cypress Communications. McCarthy earned his bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctorate from the University of Carolina, Chapel Hill.
Dunbar will lead Global Marketing at GHX and most recently was Vice President of Marketing at GetWellNetwork, a Bethesda, MD provider of patient engagement technology solutions. Additionally, Dunbar has held marketing and leadership roles at West Corporation, where she was Vice President Marketing Strategy for the healthcare practice and VMware, where she led product marketing for the company’s IT Business Management and IT Benchmarking solutions. Dunbar earned her master’s in Business Administration from San Jose State University, San Jose, Calif, and bachelor’s from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs, Colo.
