Trinity Health adds three-hospital system to portfolio

Trinity Health is set to acquire three-hospital St. Francis Care, reports Modern Healthcare.

The company plans to invest $275 million to the Hartford, Conn.-based system durint the next five years. St. Francis will join  Trinity's Sisters of Providence Health System in Springfield, which is part of the Trinity network.
