Mayo Clinic posts strong financial results

The Mayo Clinic’s operating income was a record $834 million in 2014, bucking the trends of other large hospitals, the Star Tribune reports.

Although hospital admissions decreased at the Mayo Clinic last year, the average length of stay increased and expenses declined.
