Cooper gets coding assist from MedQuist

Cooper University Hospital of Camden, N.J., has awarded MedQuist Holdings a contract to provide computer-assisted coding technology and outsourced coding services.

Cooper selected MedQuist to utilize the workflow features built into the clinical documentation software developer's CodeRunner CAC technology platform. These features include automatic chart assignment and automatic quality assurance, according to Franklin, Tenn.-based MedQuist.
