Blue Shield of California may drop Sutter Health clients

 

Blue Shield of California may end coverage with the Sutter Health network of doctors and hospitals, which would leave about 280,000 consumers in northern and central California searching for another place to receive care, reports SFGATE.

An intense contract dispute between the insurer and network is at the center of the impasse.
