Weno seeks ONC-ATCB status

Weno Healthcare has submitted its application to become an Office of the National Coordinator (ONC) authorized certification and testing body (ATCB) in an effort to increase overall adoption for certified EHR technology.

The Austin, Texas-based Weno’s primary service is a healthcare e-community to connect healthcare organizations. The health IT company recently developed an EHR testing and certification program to facilitate adoption of EHR technology, which is currently pending approval as an ONC-ATCB, according to the company.
