Surescripts earns ONC-ATCB status
The Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT (ONC) has named Surescripts an Authorized Testing and Certification Body (ATCB). Surescripts is now authorized to certify e-prescribing, privacy and security EHR modules as compliant with meaningful use requirements.
Surescripts joins five previously authorized ONC-ATCBs: Certification Commission for Health IT (CCHIT), Drummond Group, ICSA Labs, InfoGard Laboratories and SLI Global Solutions.
