RadNet completes purchase of Health Diagnostics' N.J. providers

Outpatient imaging service provider RadNet has completed the acquisition of the N.J. operating subsidiary of diagnostic imaging service Health Diagnostics in Edison, Old Bridge and Green Brook, N.J.

According to Los Angeles-based Radnet, the acquisition follows a letter of intent issued in the first quarter of 2010 and a company announcement in August to acquire substantially all of the business of the operating subsidiary of Health Diagnostics in New Jersey. The imaging modalities offered at the facilities include MRI, CT, PET/CT, mammography, ultrasound and x-ray.
