ONC updates testing program for EHRs

The Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT has released updates to the 2014 Edition Test Method, which covers EHR test procedures, test data and test tools.

The most recent updates cover automated numerator recording, automated measure calculation and data portability.

The 2014 Edition Test Method was formally approved in December 2012 and is now effective for use in the health IT certification program. Learn more here.
