O-HITEC gains EHR adoption partner

Mid Rogue eHealth Services (MReHS) and the Oregon Health IT Extension Center (O-HITEC) have partnered to advance EMR adoption in the state of Oregon.

MReHS was established in 2007 by physicians with the purpose of providing clinics with low-cost access to a fully integrated EMR and practice management system. The organization offers a hosted implementation of Greenway Medical's PrimeSuite EHR.

O-HITEC, a designated Regional Extension Center, will work with MReHS member practices to help them meet meaningful use requirements, according to the organizations.
