ICUcare unveils telemedicine/EHR system for mobile clinics
ICUcare, a software developer for retail health clinics, has introduced its eDoc Telemedicine/EHR system.
The eDoc Telemedicine system supports both store-and-forward and live videoconference consultations and can exist independently as a mobile clinic, according to the Evansville, Ind.-based company.
ICUcare has embedded a technical support application for providers. The eDoc Telemedicine System works with the My eMHR web portal to integrate the patient's medical records to provide optimal care at the clinical level. On the care-providers' side, the eDoc Physicians web portal enables 24/7 medical evaluation regardless of geographic distance.
