GE nets Wisconsin x-ray order

Beloit Memorial Hospital in Beloit, Wis., has selected GE Healthcare's Optima XR640 digital radiographic system for its expanded emergency department.

The company said its Optima XR640 includes the Auto Positioning tool, which allows the technologist to pre-program exams for up to 40 exam positions.

Beloit Memorial Hospital is a 105-bed primary care facility affiliated with the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics, and serves more than 35,000 emergency patients yearly.
