GE cuts ribbon on Centricity Business 5.0

GE Healthcare launched Centricity Business 5.0, its next-generation revenue cycle management tool for hospital networks, academic medical centers, large practices and physician billing groups.

Centricity Business 5.0 assists enterprises’ efficiency by streamlining administrative tasks from front desk to billing office, and revenue collection from payors to providers, GE Healthcare of Barrington, Ill, said in a statement.

With 221 new features, Centricity Business 5.0 supports customers in five areas:
  • Low touch billing;
  • Clinical connectivity;
  • Regulatory compliance;
  • Better patient access; and
  • Lower total cost of ownership
