GE, NYeC team up to increase physician EMR use
GE Healthcare has aligned with the regional extension center New York eHealth Collaborative (NYeC) to increase physician EMR adoption and support meaningful use attainment in the state of New York.
NYeC was founded in 2006 and later designated by the federal government and the state of New York to advance health IT statewide. As an educational resource for providers and consumers about health IT, the partnership between GE Healthcare and NYeC seeks to improve the quality of patient care through health IT, the Barrington, Ill.-based GE stated.
