Axolotl releases Elysium Express HIE migration tool

Axolotl has released Elysium Express, a new tool for hospital-to-physician and physician-to-physician connectivity providing an open migration path for health information exchange (HIE) needs.

Available as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Elysium Express is a web-based cloud computing tool providing hospitals and health systems with connectivity options that they can offer to all of their affiliated physicians, the San Jose, Calif.-based company stated.

Elysium Express can send discrete, computable clinical data to ambulatory EMRs and provides an online clinical inbox to review and manage results. Data can also be delivered via fax or directly to a print server, Axolotl added.
