ViVE 2026: News and announcements from the Los Angeles show floor
The 2026 ViVE conference, part of HLTH, just wrapped up in California. On the show floor, people from across the healthcare and health IT space gathered for four days of events, thought leader insights and product showcases on the floors of the Los Angeles Convention Center.
Artificial intelligence (AI), data sharing and patient care outcomes were often in the spotlight. Below is a small selection of news released during the annual meeting.
Global software company launches Agentic AI to ease prior authorization woes
UiPath announced new agentic AI solutions for healthcare providers and payers at the ViVE 2026 Conference, focused on medical records summarization, claim denial prevention and resolution, and prior authorization. The tools use automation and AI agents to structure clinical documentation, identify and address causes of claim denials, and automate eligibility checks and medical necessity reviews to support revenue cycle management. UiPath said the offerings are designed to reduce administrative workload and payment delays. The company is partnering with Genzeon to deliver the prior authorization solution, and cited early user feedback reporting reduced review times for medical record summaries.
New York-based software company UiPath continued to expand its machine learning offerings, announcing at ViVE the release of a new healthcare-specific product. The new solution, an agentic AI application, was developed to reduce claims denials and prior authorization snags by focusing on medical record summarization. The company, founded in Romania in 2005, announced a series of partnerships last year with leading AI creators, including OpenAI, Microsoft and Google. It’s made huge strides recently to develop models for the business needs of healthcare providers and payers alike, with this new agentic AI focused on reducing administrative workload and payment delays.
The company said it has partnered with Genzeon to deliver on automated prior authorization solutions. Genzeon was one of six technology vendors chosen by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) to participate in the Wasteful and Inappropriate Service Reduction (WISeR) Model, a program that focuses on machine-learning and AI as a means to improve the speed and accuracy of Medicare reimbursement.
Early users of the new agentic AI—including the world-renowned Mayo Clinic health system and data-driven clinical decision making company Medlitix, which develops solutions to streamline the prior authorization process—report successful results.
UiPath also announced it joined the Agentic AI Foundation, where it will help to develop open standards, protocols and best practices for agent-based AI systems.
The foundation was established in 2025.

Behavioral health coordinator taps Kno2 for secure, real-time medical record access
Behavioral health coordination company Olio has partnered with healthcare communication vendor Kno2 to integrate EHR access into Olio’s platform, allowing its clinicians to have real-time access to the medical histories of patients. Previously, such data would need to be sent manually, requiring a fax or phone call to obtain—sometimes to multiple providers and systems in order to gather a complete record on a patient.
The companies say the integration is intended to streamline care coordination, support medication reconciliation and improve continuity of care as individuals move between healthcare settings. This, in turn, supports current care planning to ensure the best possible treatment is delivered to vulnerable mental and behavioral health patients.
The integration uses Kno2’s TEFCA-enabled network to securely exchange all information as it travels across care settings.

WonderMate AI supports patients, providers managing serious mental illness
Also during the ViVE conference, Wonder Sciences, an AI company specializing in mental health, announced the pilot launch of WonderMate, a therapist and clinical support tool designed around established therapeutic frameworks to develop longitudinal care plans for patients with serious conditions.
The AI platform, the company said, integrates multiple evidence-based modalities and includes real-time safety monitoring, all with automated feedback loops monitored by a human provider. Those individuals can then escalate cases where it's determined a patient is in distress, or experiencing psychosis or manic episodes.
WonderMate functions as a supplement to clinical care rather than a replacement, and both patients and providers can opt into the platform.
Pilot enrollment is open, and the company said it is aligning with regulations put in place under the FDA’s Software as a Medical Device framework.

GoodRx pushes for direct cash payment models for telemedicine-prescribed medications
Telemedicine prescription servicer GoodRx launched Employer Direct, a platform that allows employers to subsidize the cash-pay price of select branded medications available through its platform. This provides a supplementary option to existing medical benefits and pharmacy drug supplementary insurance.
Announced at ViVE, the program initially focuses on GLP-1 drugs, those popular substances used for weight loss. But, employers can choose from over 100 specific medications to cover, and all may integrate GoodRx’s telehealth services to combine virtual care with prescription fulfillment. The program will expand to include further pharmaceutical options as participation grows and consumers begin to accept cash-for-drugs payment options.
