The U.S. healthcare system has been through the paces over the last few years, with leaders making transformational changes to their organizations to keep up and stay ahead.

The Federal Drug Administration (FDA) has recalled more ventilators manufactured by Philips.

Researchers with UTHealth Houston outlined five steps for clinicians to assess their electronic health records (EHR) using the CMS SAFER guidelines.

 "This research aims to raise a red flag regarding naive off-label usage of open-access data in the development of machine-learning algorithms," experts involved in the study said.

Many members of the specialty will face such a suit during their careers, and it is wise to take steps to prepare, experts wrote Monday in JACR. 

Members of the Nashville, Tennessee, imaging vendor’s board have recently discussed such a “reverse fee,” which was not part of its original agreement with UHG. 

The results could indicate increased vulnerability to burnout and anxiety among the subspecialty, experts wrote in the journal of CardioVascular and Interventional Radiology.
