Forget Disney World: Peyton Manning is headed to HIMSS16 after the Super Bowl

Touchdowns, comeback victories, unforgettable plays … healthcare?

That’s just a sample of what Denver Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning will likely be discussing when he joins Robert A. Heyer, MD, president of the NFL Physicians Society and team physician for the Carolina Panthers, as a keynote speaker at HIMSS16.

Just weeks after the two participate as foes in Super Bowl 50, Heyer and the soon-to-be Hall-of-Fame quarterback will engage in a much-friendlier "fireside chat,” covering topics including leadership, philanthropy, healthcare and, of course, football.

Manning’s keynote presentation is slated for 1:15 p.m. on March 4, 2016, in the Palazzo Ballroom at the Venetian in Las Vegas.
