KLAS congratulates the 2015/2016 Best in KLAS winners

OREM, Utah – Jan. 28, 2016 – The 2015/2016 Best in KLAS report, published today, named the top-performing companies within various market segments based on the feedback of their customers. The report highlights that Epic once again earned the ranking of number one Overall Software Suite, a title they have won six consecutive years. They were also named the top Overall Physician Practice Vendor and received Best in KLAS awards in seven segments. Impact Advisors earned the designation of Overall IT Services Firm for the fourth consecutive year, as well as a Best in KLAS for IT Advisory Services. Several other vendors also received multiple Best in KLAS awards—Merge earned three, while athenahealth, CareTech Solutions, CureMD and Galen Healthcare each earned two. 

A notable 20% score increase from last year earned population health vendor Medicity recognition as the overall most improved vendor. Medicity customers report significantly higher levels of satisfaction when it comes to vendor support and delivery speed, saying that Medicity has been setting much clearer delivery expectations and has increased the speed at which they deliver interfaces and respond to customer requests.
