3 trends in healthcare technology

The increase in healthcare IT spending has pushed forward many technologies. Leading trends have brought patient scheduling software, smartwatches and marketing automation to the forefront.

According to Inc.com, by tailoring these technologies to the low points in the industry, technology professionals have carved out a space of improvement in current methods used by each industry every day.

“Patient scheduling software, smartwatches that detect heart disease and marketing automation tools are just three software and tech trends that are changing the medical profession,” wrote author Avi Savar, CEO and managing partner of Dreamit. “These tools improve patient communication, optimize healthcare management processes and could even save lives.”
