TrustHCS Partners with Greenway to Address ICD-10

Springfield, MO, April 09, 2014--TrustHCS and Greenway Health have solidified a partnership to assist users of the Greenway PrimeSUITE integrated electronic health record (EHR) and practice management solution with ICD-10 preparation and transition. ICD-10 preparation, education, documentation improvement and coding compliance services from TrustHCS are the main focus of the partnership.

Regardless of the one-year ICD-10 delay to at least Oct. 1, 2015, physician practices continue the movement toward improved clinical documentation that supports growing value-based payment and quality initiatives, of which ICD-10 is a part. In the relationship with TrustHCS, Greenway is further expanding its services by securing an experienced, affordable partner to assist customers in the transition to ICD-10.

“Even with the delay, time is still not on our side when it comes to ICD-10 preparation,” stated Torrey Barnhouse, President of TrustHCS. “Physician practices are feeling the pressure from all sides. Deciding to partner with Greenway to bring our services to its customers was an easy choice for us. The partnership has already led to many conversations with practices who want to ensure they have their plans outlined appropriately for successful transition.”

“We have already begun incorporating the TrustHCS consultants into our conversations with customers looking to prepare for ICD-10,” said Matt Pierce, Greenway National Partner Manager. “The knowledge and experience TrustHCS has shared with our customers and our Greenway team has proven this relationship will benefit our customers on the forefront of healthcare initiatives to improve care delivery and overall population health.”

TrustHCS ICD-10 services are being offered to Greenway Health customers in both on-line and on-site educational modalities. Additional services are also available to customers to help audit documentation sufficiency and deficiency for ICD-10.
