ONC updates health IT dashboard to include EHR incentives data

The health IT dashboard, an interactive online supplement to public data available from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, now includes summary data on the Medicare EHR incentive programs.

Users can find more than 60 maps showing the location of providers participating in the Meaningful Use program, sortable performance data and state scorecards for progress against eight core measures of provider participation.

Several existing datasets on the health IT dashboard, such as one tracking e-prescribing, have also been updated, according to an Dec. 7 statement from the Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT (ONC).
