HCS Clients are Ready for April 1st LTCH CARE Data Set Version 3.00

WALL TOWNSHIP, NJ (PRWEB) MARCH 31, 2016 - HCS announced today their client’s full preparedness for quality reporting under the LTCH CARE Data Set Version 3.00, a new set of required measures for LTCH (Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals) effective April 1, 2016.

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) requires LTCH CARE Data Set reporting under the Long-Term Care Hospital Quality Reporting Program mandate.
