SSI Appoints Jeff Miller as Chief Product Officer

Mobile, Ala.—February 20, 2018—SSI, a leading provider of solutions that increase the accuracy and velocity of data exchange among healthcare providers and payers, has appointed Jeff Miller as Chief Product Officer (CPO). A seasoned executive with a strong record of developing and growing new business in the healthcare and information technology space, Miller brings a breadth of strategic and managerial experience to SSI.

As CPO for SSI, Miller is responsible for understanding market dynamics, trends and requirements, as well as identifying new product opportunities that help customers overcome challenges. He will help bring new products to market, managing them through their entire lifecycle, and be tasked with developing business relationships to enhance the SSI portfolio and the value it brings to customers.

Miller has broad experience working with both healthcare providers and payers to optimize communications and harness data in new, productive ways. He previously served as CEO of the North Carolina Health Information Exchange (NCHIE), as well as in consulting and technology-focused roles with DXC Technology, SureScripts LLC, Hewlett-Packard Company, Capgemini, The Advisory Board Company, Deloitte Consulting and IBM.

He holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, a BA in both Computer Science and Economics from Northwestern University, and he has served as a board member and advisor for numerous healthcare and IT organizations.
