MGMA joining Denver innovation hub

The Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) will be one of the tenants of a new healthcare technology hub in Denver.

The Catalyst Health-Tech Innovation development will include other health-focused organizations, practice groups, health finance companies and high-tech organizations.

MGMA, which represents more than 33,000 medical practice leaders, is headquartered in Englewood, Colo., and the 5,000-square-foot addition to its existing campus will be part of the Catalyst Health-Tech Innovation development.

The additional space will provide an environment for MGMA staff and leaders to collaborate with other industry leaders on developing efficient and cost-effective strategies for medical practices and improving care for patients, said MGMA President and CEO Halee Fischer-Wright, MD, in a statement.

The hub is scheduled to open in 2018.
