Philips acquires AllParts Medical

Royal Philips Electronics has acquired AllParts Medical, a privately owned U.S.-based provider of imaging equipment parts and training.

The acquisition allows Philips to provide the imaging market with service parts, training programs and technical support, according to the Eindhoven, the Netherlands-based company. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

AllParts Medical, based in Nashville, Tenn., provides replacement parts, technical training and support in x-ray-based imaging equipment such as general x-ray, cardiovascular x-ray and CT systems.
