PLANTATION, Fla. – Envision Physician Services announced that Meg Prado, M.D., FAAP, has been appointed President of Women’s and Children’s Services. Dr. Prado is an accomplished physician leader with deep clinical knowledge, extensive experience implementing patient-centric programs and a focus on delivering quality care to our nation’s smallest patients.

“Envision’s Women’s and Children’s clinicians have been providing high-quality care that keeps communities safe and healthy for more than 30 years,” said Brian Jackson, President of Envision Physician Services. “Dr. Prado is an established and valuable member of our team, delivering exceptional patient care and leading with integrity. With her expertise, we’ll continue to advance the delivery of care and make a difference in patients’ lives one visit at a time.”

In 2016, she was promoted to Vice President of Women’s and Children’s Services for Envision Physician Services, based in Plantation.

“It is my pleasure to deliver quality healthcare to the women and children in our community, and I am grateful for the opportunity to continue this fulfilling work as President of Women’s and Children’s Services,” Dr. Prado said. “As one of the nation’s largest providers of women’s and children’s services, we offer a suite of services that include 46 neonatology programs and 22 Level III NICUs as well as obstetric and gynecologic hospitalist, perinatology, pediatric, pediatric intensive care and hearing programs.
