Former managers of a Tampa Florida-based radiology company Advanced Diagnostic Group (ADG) and its employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) retirement benefit manager GreatBanc Trust Co. will pay $19 million to settle a class action lawsuit. Fitbit’s new algorithm for identifying signs of atrial fibrillation (AFib) has been cleared by the FDA. The photoplethysmography (PPG) algorithm was designed to passively evaluate a user’s heart rhythm while they are still or sleeping.
