The Month in Review

From the Editor:

As evident from our top stories, July was a tumultuous month for healthcare. Unbelievably, new details continue to emerge about the February ransomware attack on Change Healthcare, with its parent company, UnitedHealth, now facing a potential class-action lawsuit. Additionally, a major report has been released detailing staggering fraud committed by Medicare Advantage insurers. To round things out with more routine updates, we also have news on Medicare reimbursement rates and developments in healthcare jobs relevant to all practices and businesses in the industry. As always, thank you for reading HealthExec.—Chad Van Alstin, Editor
