A young teenager has come up with a vending machine that dispenses first-aid products—and the concept is so market-ready that he’s rejected the outstretched hand of a grownup bearing 30 million buyout dollars.  

“Every time I’d travel for a baseball tournament, I’d notice that kids would get hurt and parents couldn’t find a band-aid,” Taylor Rosenthal of Opelika, Ala., told CNN Money. “I wanted to solve that.”
