Vermont Blueprint for Health draws in Covisint

Covisint, a Compuware company, has signed an agreement with Vermont Blueprint for Health, an organization that is seeking to improve the healthcare system statewide.

Under the agreement, Covisint said its technology gives care providers statewide access to integrated views of their patients’ medical information at the point of care.

Covisint’s software enables secure healthcare data exchange. The Detroit-based company’s DocSite creates a shared guideline dictionary for Vermont Blueprint for Health, providing access to common questions and answers that can be used across various EMRs and EHRs.

The Covisint software also can be used by care teams and by practices with or without an EHR, the company stated.
