Social Security approves EHR Doctors' CCD

The Social Security Administration (SSA) has approved EHR company EHR Doctors’ C32 continuity-of-care document (CCD).

The company has a contract to deliver EHRs in CCD format to the SSA using the Nationwide Health Information Network framework, enabling SSA to use EHR Doctor's Medibridge Health Information Exchange to electronically gather health records in support of disability claims, and disseminate them to SSA adjudicators, EHR Doctors stated.
