InSite One software attains Dell certification

InSite One’s InDex software has been certified by Dell on its DX Object Storage Platform that brings together InSite’s InDex enterprise archiving services and Dell’s peer-scaling architecture for data and storage management.

InDex is an IHE (Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise) standards-based, vendor-neutral archiving service that expands the ability to access imaging data by allowing any IHE-compliant document consumer to view data within the InDex archive. This feature enhances the integration opportunities with EMRs and PHRs, according to InSite of Wallingford, Conn.

As an enterprise document source archive, InDex has provides a foundation for InSite clients to leverage storage of DICOM and non-DICOM data as a conduit for exchange among applications.
